TL;DR
Zero to Agent took Jerusalem builders from a first prompt to working AI agents. Eight finalist apps went to a community vote, combined with the judges’ scores. City Compass won, RealTalk AI came second and AI Career Co-Pilot third.
The challenge
Zero to Agent was our part of a global build event: one challenge, build an AI agent that does something real. Every participant got $30 of v0 by Vercel credits and $100 of Gemini API credits, so nobody was held back by tooling.
Eight projects made it to the final round. We opened a community vote until midnight on 4 May (Jerusalem time), and combined the votes with the judges’ scores.

Project spotlights
AI Career Co-Pilot reads a CV against a job description and shows exactly which skills to build next, a practical tool for anyone looking for work in tech.
CraveCart, by Mousa Tams with Mohammad Farrah and Diaa Zatreh, is an agentic app that pulls the ingredients out of cooking videos and matches them to grocery products. It runs on Cloud Run with Firebase Auth, the Gemini API, custom MCP servers and a full CI/CD pipeline.
SmartCards, by Ayelet Garber, turns study material into ready-to-use flashcards.
Thank you
To every builder who shipped something, and to our judges and facilitators: Tawfiq Khalilieh, Maysaa Abu El Hija, Mouhammad Jayousi, Tala Jabaren, Marc-Philippe Rudel and Max Friedman. Thank you to LeapTheLimit and v0 by Vercel for supporting the builders.
Be in the room next time.
